Buying my villa in Alicante (Torre de la Horadada) was a much easier experience than I could possibly have expected, thanks to the massive support provided to me by Duncan & Rosa.

Duncan had excellent knowledge of the area in which we were searching for a property and thanks to his very good understanding of the Spanish language, was able to communicate and negotiate with the local builders, property companies and contractors.

They are a family run business, and because they live in the area they were always able to provide that friendly personal service where you always knew they would answer any question you had, promptly and accurately.

Having Rosa working in a local property law firm also meant that whilst I lived in Dubai, having signed over power of attorney to her firm, all aspects of the legal / financial paperwork (e.g. Opening a bank account, applying for a mortgage, handling of government requirements, Utilities set up etc. etc.) were all handled by her.

Duncan even arranged to pick up the keys upon the property’s completion and then have it furnished, based on my requirements.

Duncan also helped me to set up the TV and Internet, and referred me to a local establish Rental agent who now manages our property. So, in essence everything was handled by Duncan & Rosa whilst I was sitting several thousand miles away in Dubai!

When it comes to buying a property this was probably as stress free as it gets, and the after sales service was excellent too!
